Rules you'll need to follow if you want to commission me
GENERAL
By commissioning the artist, you agree to the terms outlined in this document. These terms are subject to change without prior notice but will not affect ongoing commissions.PAYMENTS
- Payments must be made upfront or as agreed upon in installments.
- All prices are in USD and processed via VGen.
- Commissions will not begin until payment is received.REVISIONS
- You are entitled to up to 3 free revisions during the sketch phase.
- After final rendering, 1 minor revision (e.g., color tweaks or small detail adjustments) is included.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Completion times vary based on the project’s complexity and will be discussed before starting.
- All artworks are delivered digitally via VGen or email; no physical items will be shipped.
- If a specific deadline is required, this must be communicated before the project starts and may incur a rush fee.USE
- The artwork is for personal use only, unless commercial rights are purchased for an additional fee.
- Redistribution, resale, or editing of the artwork without prior permission is prohibited.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- The artist retains full copyright and ownership of the artwork.
- The artist reserves the right to display the artwork in their portfolio, on VGen, and on social media or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Commercial rights must be explicitly purchased if the artwork is intended for monetized projects.REFUNDS
- Refunds are only offered if the artist cannot complete the commission.
- No refunds will be issued once work on the final rendering has started.
COMMUNICATION
- All communication will be conducted via VGen or other agreed-upon platforms.
- Updates will be provided at key stages (e.g., sketch approval, rendering progress).
- Clients are expected to respond promptly to avoid delays.
